152 Cancer Survivors Walk Churchill Downs Racetrack

Before the horses ran, 152 breast and ovarian cancer survivors walked the legendary Churchill Downs track in Kentucky's 18th annual Survivors Parade.

Each woman carried a lily and a sign showing how many years they've beaten cancer.
