1,800 Paddlers Attempt World Record on Ohio River

More than 1,800 people took to the Ohio River on kayaks and canoes Saturday, hoping to set a new Guinness World Record for the largest paddle craft party.

Despite weather delays from heavy rain and lightning, organizers kept safety first while celebrating the event's 25th anniversary.
