190 Fishers Protect Cabo Verde's Ocean for a Decade

For 10 years, nearly 200 fishers in Cabo Verde have volunteered as ocean guardians, monitoring marine life and stopping illegal fishing while doing their daily work.

Their presence alone keeps poachers away and inspires other fishers to protect the sea.
