8 Nations Destroy 7,550kg of WWII Bombs in Papua New Guinea

Six New Zealand military experts joined forces with seven other nations this month to safely destroy 2,200 explosive remnants from World War II that have threatened Papua New Guinea communities for over 80 years.

The multinational team successfully removed 7,550kg of dangerous munitions from the East New Britain province, making the region safer for thousands of families.
