80-Year-Old Keeps Maltese Cheesemaking Alive in Queensland

Every morning before sunrise, 80-year-old Philippa Abela milks her cows and makes cheese the way her mother taught her after emigrating from Malta in 1950.

Her traditional craft is sparking a new generation's interest in slow, artisan food.
