Aid Workers Return to Ter Apel After Safety Upgrades

Two major aid organizations are returning to a Dutch asylum center after violent incidents forced them to leave, thanks to new security measures that create safer conditions for both volunteers and asylum seekers.

The Red Cross and VluchtelingenWerk pulled out just days ago but will resume helping vulnerable people after the government stepped in with real solutions.
