Alabama Runner Shatters 10K Record by 10 Seconds

University of Alabama's Caren Kiplagat just ran the fourth-fastest 10,000 meters in the entire nation this season, breaking her school's record by more than 10 seconds.

Her teammates also dominated the track with record-breaking performances across two states.
