Arkansas Fraternity Awards $33K to 33 Young Men

A historic Black fraternity just handed out $33,000 in scholarships to young men in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, celebrating academic excellence and community leadership.

Over 700 people packed a convention center to witness the life-changing awards.
