Arkansas Teen Wins $8,000 Scholarship Through 4-H Program

David Culver from Franklin County earned Arkansas 4-H's top scholarship award of $8,000, part of nearly $92,000 distributed to young leaders across the state.

Five local students also qualified for the National 4-H Congress in Atlanta through their outstanding community work.
