Battery Giant Builds 2,000 EV Swap Stations in 18 Months

Chinese battery maker CATL has deployed 2,000 electric vehicle battery swap stations across China since January 2025, averaging more than 200 new stations every month.

The network now spans 180 cities and is expanding to the UK and Europe.
