Bay Area Gives Out 15,000 E-Bike Rebates to Local Riders

A Bay Area energy company just hit a milestone that's getting thousands of people out of cars and onto electric bikes.

Ava Community Energy has now distributed over 15,000 e-bike rebates, and riders have already pedaled more than a million miles.
