Berlin's Jewish Hospital Survived the Entire Holocaust

When Soviet soldiers liberated Berlin's Jewish Hospital in April 1945, they couldn't believe their eyes—hundreds of Jews were still alive in the heart of Nazi Germany.

The hospital is the only Jewish institution that operated continuously through the Holocaust and still serves patients today.
