Canada and Alberta Strike Deal to Cut Methane Emissions 75%

Canada's federal government and Alberta have agreed on an ambitious plan to slash methane emissions from oil and gas by 75% by 2035.

The deal gives Alberta control over its own regulations while meeting national climate goals.
