Chef Kahori Kishi Named Japan's Cuisine Ambassador in Ghana

Japan has appointed Chef Kahori Kishi as its official Cuisine Goodwill Ambassador in Ghana, joining a select network of just over 170 culinary diplomats worldwide.

The role strengthens cultural ties between the two nations while promoting authentic Japanese cuisine and its health-focused philosophy across West Africa.
