Circleville Student Wins Scholarship After 20 Years of Giving

Hudson James Phalin earned the prestigious Gerhardt Family Scholarship, marking the 37th award given to outstanding Circleville High School students since 2005.

The scholarship program honors both academic excellence and five generations of community service spanning 125 years.
