College Students Bridge Two Chattanooga Centers With a Park

University of Tennessee at Chattanooga students are transforming an underused park into a safe, vibrant connection between a youth center and a senior community space.

Their projects include crosswalks, Shark Tank competitions, and programs for middle school girls.
