Congo and M23 Agree on Peace Roadmap After Swiss Talks

After decades of conflict in eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, the government and M23 armed group have signed a detailed roadmap to finally bring lasting peace to the mineral-rich region.

The breakthrough came after five days of closed-door negotiations in Switzerland, giving hope to millions affected by the fighting.
