Costa Rica Wins First Swimming Gold in 20 Years

Costa Rican swimmer Alondra Ortiz ended a two-decade drought with a gold medal win in the 200-meter butterfly, beating Colombia by just four-hundredths of a second.

The 23-year-old Olympian delivered her country's first swimming championship at the Central American and Caribbean Games since 2006.
