CU Denver Buys $28M Building for Innovation Hub Downtown

The University of Colorado Denver just acquired a 25-story downtown building to transform it into a hub where students, entrepreneurs, and businesses can collaborate and launch startups.

The $28 million purchase will create 30,000 square feet of space dedicated to turning ideas into thriving companies.
