DoorDash Wins FAA Approval to Launch Its Own Drone Fleet

DoorDash just became one of only eight drone operators certified by the FAA to fly commercial deliveries, launching its own in-house drone program called DoorDash Air.

The move could slash delivery times for mid-range orders while helping local restaurants reach more customers faster.
