DR Congo and M23 Agree to Aid Access, Prisoner Release

After years of conflict in eastern DR Congo, the government and AFC/M23 rebel group just signed an agreement to allow humanitarian aid through and release prisoners within 10 days.

The breakthrough came after mediated talks in Switzerland and offers hope to millions caught in the crossfire.
