After nearly 30 years in Hawaii, humanitarian Morad Shaker has chosen Cheyenne, Wyoming as headquarters for an ambitious poverty-reduction initiative expanding to over 30 nations.

The move includes opportunities for 50,000 Wyoming residents to participate in the program.
