Ethiopia Trains 35 Assessors to Recognize Workers' Skills

Skilled workers in Ethiopia who never received formal certification are getting a new path to better jobs.

The country just trained 35 assessors to recognize skills people learned on the job, opening doors for thousands of uncertified workers.
