Fiat's $15K Electric Car Hits U.S. With 46-Mile Range

Fiat just launched the Topolino, a tiny electric vehicle that costs under $15,000 and can travel 46 miles on a single charge.

The pint-sized EV will become street-legal later this year with a free conversion kit.
