Balendra "Balen" Shah, a 35-year-old former rapper and engineer who ran a nearly silent campaign, just won Nepal's election in a landslide that swept out decades of establishment politics.

His party secured 182 of 275 parliamentary seats after youth-driven protests demanded change.
