Franklin County Creates Scholarship for Basketball Coach

A beloved youth basketball coach who devoted 18 years to mentoring young athletes will be honored with an annual scholarship.

The community is rallying to fund the Roger Purcell Memorial Scholarship for Franklin County High School basketball players.
