Ghana Festival Gets Peace Plan After Last Year's Violence

After violence marred the 2025 Homowo Festival in Teshie, Ghana, traditional leaders and police are joining forces to make the 2026 celebration safe and peaceful.

Parliament has recognized the festival's importance for the first time ever.
