Ghana Settles Rent Arrears, Automates Future Payments

Ghana's Interior Ministry has paid all outstanding rent allowances to thousands of security personnel and introduced a new automated system to prevent future delays.

Starting March 2026, officers will receive rent payments directly with their monthly salaries.
