Google Signs Nearly 1 GW Geothermal Deal to Power Data Centers

Google just locked in up to 1,000 megawatts of clean geothermal energy from Fervo Energy in Utah, enough to power hundreds of thousands of homes around the clock.

The deal proves a breakthrough clean energy technology is ready to scale without raising costs for everyday electricity customers.
