Hawaii Mom Wins National Scholarship While Caring for Seniors

Rachel Chai, a divorced mother of two, just received a national scholarship to pursue her social work dreams while continuing her decade-long career caring for Hawaii's elderly residents.

She's the only Hawaii recipient this year from a program that awarded $73,000 to caregivers nationwide.
