Hundreds Celebrate Recovery at Winnipeg Event

Over four years sober after 25 years of addiction, Lillian Cook paraded a bright orange sign through crowds at The Forks: "Recovery is Possible.

" Her story, and hundreds of others like it, reminded Winnipeg that healing happens every day.
