Iceland Tops Global Clean Energy Rankings with 100% Renewables

Iceland has claimed the top spot in the world for the cleanest electricity grid, running almost entirely on hydropower and geothermal energy.

The achievement puts the Nordic island ahead of longtime leaders Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, and France.
