Injured Pennsylvania Hawk Gets 'Feisty' at Rescue Center

A red-tailed hawk found motionless on a Pennsylvania roadway is bouncing back at a wildlife rehab center, and staff say its spunky attitude means recovery is going well.

The bird went from lying drenched and distressed to eating regularly and testing its wings in an outdoor flight enclosure.
