Kaduna Gives 150,000 Farmers Free Fertilizer for 3rd Year

For the third year running, Kaduna State is giving away 500 truckloads of fertilizer to 150,000 small farmers, completely free.

The governor refused suggestions to charge even subsidized prices, knowing many farmers still couldn't afford it.
