Kentucky Student Wins Top U.S. Science Research Award

Hailey Mulvihill from Wittenberg University just became her school's first-ever Goldwater Scholar, joining only 454 students nationwide to win America's most prestigious undergraduate research award.

The biochemistry major beat out thousands of competitors and earned $7,500 to fund her senior year.
