Laredo Volunteers Help 248 Homes After Texas Floods

When July floods devastated the Texas Hill Country, volunteers from Laredo drove hours north to help strangers rebuild their lives.

They joined hundreds of Texans who contributed over 20,000 hours clearing debris, distributing supplies, and showing flood victims they weren't forgotten.
