Liberia Welcomes 1,200 Seeking New Start from U.S.

Liberia is opening its doors to 1,200 people from various countries who are being transferred from the United States, offering them a chance to rebuild their lives.

The first 20 arrivals landed Thursday, marking the start of a year-long humanitarian arrangement between the two nations.
