Minnesota College Boosts Scholarships 87% in One Year

Minnesota State College Southeast just handed out $230,000 in scholarships to 210 students, nearly doubling last year's total.

One anonymous Alaska donor even created the school's first full-ride scholarship for a band instrument repair student.
