Mom of Twins Smashes UK Three Peaks Record by 8+ Hours

A 41-year-old mother ran 425 miles between Britain's three highest peaks in under six days, shattering the women's record while sleeping just 90 minutes each night.

She did it to honor a friend and raise money for mental health.
