Nelson Mandela Bay's $1M Crime-Fighting Truck Returns

After five years sitting idle, a high-tech surveillance vehicle nicknamed "Loerbroer" is finally getting back on the streets to fight crime in South Africa.

The R6-million mobile unit can detect people from 10km away and spot someone carrying a firearm from 3km out.
