Netherlands Invests €350M in 1,000 Senior Homes

A major pension fund and real estate investor are putting €350 million toward building 1,000 age-appropriate homes for seniors in the Netherlands.

Over half will be affordable, helping tackle both the housing crisis and the needs of an aging population.
