New England Wind Power Hits Record 2,000 Megawatts

Wind farms across New England just generated more electricity than all of New Hampshire's gas plants and hydropower combined.

The region smashed its previous record by 30%, now producing enough clean energy to power up to one-seventh of New England's homes and businesses.
