Nigeria Screens 243 PhD Candidates for Oil Scholarship

Nigeria's Petroleum Technology Development Fund is sending 243 PhD students abroad to gain expertise that will transform the country's oil and gas industry.

The program now keeps students home for two years to strengthen local universities.
