Nigerian Public Servant Wins Oxford Scholarship

Joy Ugonma Olayiwola just became the 34th Nigerian public servant to earn a prestigious Oxford scholarship for policy studies.

The 17-year space agency leader will study at Oxford's elite government school starting 2026.
