Notre Dame Brings Peace Expertise to Congo-Rwanda Conflict

The University of Notre Dame is expanding its proven peace agreement monitoring work to help end a conflict that has displaced over 7 million people in Africa's Great Lakes region.

The initiative will strengthen the fragile 2025 peace deal between the Democratic Republic of Congo and Rwanda by connecting local voices to the peace process.
