NYC's Trinity Church Building 120 Affordable Apartments

The historic Manhattan church where Alexander Hamilton is buried is transforming its land into permanently affordable housing for low-income and formerly homeless New Yorkers.

Construction begins in 2026 on 120 units that will include community spaces and sustainable design.
