Obama Center Opens on Juneteenth in Chicago

Hundreds gathered on Chicago's South Side as the Obama Presidential Center opened its doors on Juneteenth, turning a decade-long dream into a celebration of freedom and unity.

Visitors traveled from across the country to mark both the new landmark and the holiday commemorating Black freedom.
