Ohio Awards $198K to 198 Scholar-Athletes Like Carson Proper

The Ohio High School Athletic Association just handed out $198,000 in scholarships to 198 graduating seniors who excelled in both classrooms and competition.

Among them is Danville's Carson Proper, who earned $1,000 for balancing academics, athletics, and community service.
