Outback Families Share 70 Years of Recipes and Remote Learning

School of the Air families in Far West New South Wales released a cookbook celebrating seven decades of distance education while raising funds for students who live hours from town.

The collection features recipes, bush wisdom, and stories from families learning hundreds of kilometers from the nearest school.
