Parakeet Owner Builds Submarine for Underwater Adventure

A six-year-old parakeet named Bebe just became the first of his species to explore an underwater reef, thanks to his owner's creative engineering.

Steven Lawyer built the "Bebosphere" so his adventurous bird could join him snorkeling in the Bahamas.
